Öko-Test is a German-language consumer magazine since April 1985.
Öko-Test tested in 25 years more than 100,000 products and services in 3,000 tests. The test results of laboratories are evaluated by the editors of the magazine. Manufacturers criticize often that Öko-Test is much more strict in its ratings than the legislature. Since December 2010, Öko-Test takes in the test reports also the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) into account.
