This iron and vitamin C supplement was designed to help the natural formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin whilst also improving the absorption of iron.
GSE uses natural iron from curry leaves to achieve an effective but gentle iron supplementation.

Our organic curry leaf extract also provides additional secondary plant substances occurring naturally in the plant, which also support iron-related activities. Plant-based iron is usually very gentle on the human digestive system.

Vitamin C helps the body to make better use of the iron provided. GSE uses natural vitamin C from the organically farmed Indian amla fruit. In addition to many other valuable ingredients, this contains more vitamin C than virtually any other fruit, which is why we do not need to use any synthetically manufactured ascorbic acid. The organic amla extract also contains additional secondary plant substances occurring naturally in the fruit, which protect and support the stability and activity of the vitamin C.
